Stakeholder organisations and health professionals who hold funds on behalf of RDN Health for government funded Outreach assistance programs can login to our online portal system to access information regarding Outreach health services, including data entry for reporting services.
RDN Health has transitioned to the new Health Access Services System (HASS) for Health Access Outreach Programs. HASS will replace the existing HOAP (myRDN) portal for 2026–27 data onwards, while HOAP will remain available for 2025–26 reporting and historical reference until 31 December 2026.
Users will need to create new HASS login credentials, with training, FAQs and demonstration videos provided to support the transition.
