RDN Health delivers integrated health access solutions for under-resourced communities. It collaborates with a diverse range of stakeholders, including community members, health providers, health administrators, policy-makers, linked-sectors and academia, in order to create and sustain change for community-centred social outcomes, with the ultimate goal of achieving 'health access for all'. Health Access Outreach Services
Health Access Outreach Services aim to increase access to medical, allied health and nursing services for people living in under-resourced communities, including remote, rural, regional and metropolitan areas, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
Collaborative Care Program
The Collaborative Care Program is a community-centred approach to addressing health care challenges in regional New South Wales (NSW). These communities have smaller populations that are more dispersed, a lack of transport options, and fewer locally available services. The Program is coordinated by RDN Health in partnership with the NSW Ministry of Health, local health providers and community organisations.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health
RDN Health, along with its fellow enterprises at RDN - The Charity for Health Access, have a long history of working in partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and organisations. RDN Health remains dedicated to working alongside communities to close gaps in the social and cultural determinants of health and wellbeing to achieve equity.

RDN Health supports a range of professional development and networking conferences and events for doctors, nurses and allied health professionals throughout each year.
