Liverpool Plains on the road to Wee Waa, NSW.
Five local health and wellbeing projects have been selected for funding through the Liverpool Plains Collaborative Care Small Grants initiative which offered small grants of up to $5,000 for community ideas that support health, wellbeing, and social connection.
The successful projects will support health and wellbeing across the Liverpool Plains, creating opportunities for connection, participation and active living for people of all ages.
Collaborative Care Community Project Manager Samantha Shipman said, "We received such a great range of ideas from the community, from kids’ bootcamp to aqua aerobics and more!
“As well as supporting health and wellbeing, these activities create opportunities for people to come together and connect,” Ms Shipman said.
